Track your completed project and help ensure its benefits last over time.
Once implementation is complete, the project moves into long-term monitoring. During this stage, the grantee or landowner follows the agreed monitoring plan, documents project conditions over time, and submits required information to DOC.
Monitoring requirements may vary by project, but the goal is simple: confirm that the project remains in place and continues to provide the intended benefits.
Stage Outcome: Required monitoring and reporting are completed throughout the project monitoring period.
Typical Duration to Complete: 10 years

The workflow below outlines the key tasks for monitoring completed projects over time.

A: Project monitoring continues for 10 years to help document the durability of the completed project. Proposition 4 cannot support the monitoring of projects funded in previous rounds.
