Meeting content and discussion focused on permitting considerations for land repurposing projects. Jacob Byrne (Department of Conservation) presented on California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance and Chris Beale (Resources Law Group) presented considerations for MLRP programmatic permitting. Block grantees heard highlights from Madera County's Grower Resources Fair and had an opportunity to share questions or highlights with fellow block grantees.
