Meeting content and discussion focused on options for landowner incentives and project prioritization, including an overview of incentives considerations and lightning talks by members of three block grant teams, representing the Lower Salinas Valley, Madera, and East Turlock Subbasins. Large group discussion facilitated collaboration across grantees as they considered questions and concerns related to incentives and prioritization.
